Restore

We care about your data, so we create backups regularly over several days. These backups are stored on a separate server. We keep backup copies for an extended period of time, even if the hosting service has not been paid.
If you accidentally delete a file, folder, database, or if your website becomes inactive after a plugin update, you can use the "Backup" function to restore data from previous days.
For example, if you accidentally delete a site folder, you can enter your Control Panel, "ISPmanager", and go to the "Backup copies" section to restore the folder:

Choose which date you want to restore, and click "Details":

Here you can choose what you want to restore: files or database.
We need to restore the file folder, so select "Files" and click "Files":

Go to the "www" folder and then to the folder of the domain you need. Highlight the folder you want to restore and click "Restore":

Wait for the data recovery to complete.
