Are there any restrictions on the grace period?

There are no restrictions. The service is provided in full.

Can I change the package?

Yes, you can change your package. For OpenVZ virtualization servers, you can both upgrade and downgrade the package. For KVM virtualization servers, the package can only be upgraded. Downgrading a package requires ordering a new server and transferring data.

Can I order an alternative server configuration?

Yes it is possible. This issue is discussed individually. Create a ticket in your Client Area to request the desired configuration.
