For all UkrLine customers, the "Payment Deferral" service is available. If, for any reason, you are unable to renew your hosting services, you can take advantage of this interest-free credit option. The credit is provided for up to 14 days without any interest or fees.
Please note: The credit option applies only to hosting services and virtual servers. This service is not available for domain names. You can apply for the credit in your Client Area under the "Payment Deferral" section.

How the "Payment Deferral" Service Works

Let's say you missed the reminder to renew your hosting, and your hosting account was suspended due to non-payment. If you are unable to make the payment at this moment, there is no need to worry or panic!
There is no need to get upset or panic!
In your Client Area, under the "Payment Deferral" section, you can apply for a credit of up to 14 days, and your account will be reactivated. After 10 days, you pay for a 30-day hosting renewal, and your balance will show a remaining 20 days. The days used under the "Payment Deferral" service will be deducted when you renew.
In our experience, users often need more than 14 days of credit. Upon request to the "Finance" department, the credit period can be extended. We are always willing to accommodate our customers.
