Error 403 - Access Error

If error 403 is displayed in your URL, as an example below:

There are three causes of Error 403:

1. Site files are absent

At starting, check files of Your site

2. The index file is absent

Check for index.php or index.html

3. Incorrect file / folder permissions

For the correct site's work, you need to set permissions for folders 755 and for files 644

If all the conditions are met, but you still have a Error 403, then create a ticket to our support from your Client area
