Create a mail domain (detailed instructions here) to create a mailbox in the ISPmanager Control Panel.
Go to the "Mail / Mailboxes" part in your Control Panel, click "Create".

Enter a name for the new mailbox in the "Name" line.
In the "Domain" line, select the domain for the mailbox.
Specify or generate a password for the mailbox in the "Password" line. Then confirm it in the "Confirmation" line.
Recommendation: specify the size of the mailbox in the line "Max. size, MB".
Click "OK". The new box has been created.
Click "Mail Client" to enter your mailbox. Click "Settings for mail clients" to get mailbox settings in "Mozilla Thunderbird", "TheBat", "Outlook", etc. For example, for "Mozilla Thunderbird" you need to enter your mailbox details and select manual installation. Enter manual settings.
